CRISPR-Ready ioGlutamatergic Neurons mature rapidly into functional glutamatergic neurons after revival in the recommended medium. These cells constitutively express Cas9 or dCas9 nucleases, allowing users to perform single-gene knockouts, gene activation or gene intereference, pooled or arrayed CRISPR screens.
