Watch bit.bio’s former CEO and founder Mark Kotter in conversation with Cindy Yu on Spectator TV explaining what cultured meat is and how it might help improve global sustainability.

Mark was asked to talk about cultured meat because he is co-founder of [Meatable](https://www.meatable.com/), the cultured meat company as well as founder of bit.bio. Both companies are underpinned by our [opti-ox™](https://www-bit-bio.sandbox.hs-sites.com/platform) technology.

To find out how cultured meat and cell therapies fit together, [read Mark’s recent blog post](https://www.bit.bio/blog/why-did-i-start-a-healthcare-and-cultured-meat-company).
